I had been on the fence about whether to give Vibrams a try, and tried them on in stores a couple times. I was still not enamored, but too curious to not jump in.
Then I saw Keith nail the Superior Trail 50 mile race in them and I decided I had to give them a try! I am still starting out with these and getting used to the feel, but I think I’m going to love them. Stay tuned.
28 June 2010 Update: This pair of Five Fingers has become my primary running shoe for all mileage. I have logged over 500 miles on these shoes and they are holding up incredibly well, I’m sure they have at least a few hundred more miles in them. The sole shoes very little wear and I don’t see any weaknesses in stiching of the uppers. I was a bit concerned about the cost initially for these shoes, but at this point they have cost me about $0.16 / mile. I love these shoes!
Disclosure: Vibram provided me a comp pair of FiveFingers. But I have also bought my own!

The model of the Vibram Five Fingers is very interesting. I saw the initial photo with socks Injinji and I find fntastic, wonderful. It seems my forest people in North of Brasil, where the river people use onl socks or socks and sandals like these you are showing in this site. Very good. This fact shows, yet, the origin of these habits or customs. They are send from the Asia at million of years… We, from South America, were coming from Asia. Congratulations for all your photos in all world.
