@Chris – not sure what you mean by “stickiness”, do you mean the soles? They don’t seem particularly sticky to me, but it’s also Winter in MN and I’m running outdoors so probably not the best test conditions for that.

@Thomas – I have never tried out La Sportiva shoes, so can’t really compare them, sorry.

If you want completely flat, I recommend FiveFingers or Feelmax Osma shoes, or Huarache running sandals if you are a bit more open minded.

A lot of people go with track or cross country flats, which have minimal or no heel lift. I’m not a fan of those as they have more of a “sculpted” sole.
